I have been asked to post what "AZ Opens" are:
Here is the official information I received:
The following motors are not allowed in this class: “MX” – “JAWA’S” – “WANKEL’S” – “WATER COOLED”
Only “AIR COOLED” motors allowed 4 cycle – singles 400cc max 2 cycle – 150cc max Duals – cc max – 225 for “REEDS – ROTARY’S” 240 for “PISTON PORTS”
UAS weights okay per Mark Bergfelt

What about dual 4 cycles? Or rather Freight Trained 4 cycles I also see where your allowing dual 2 cycles up to 225 cc for reeds or rotaries and 240 cc for piston ports.....The UAS only allows a Maximum of 217cc for reeds or roraries and 225 for piston ports when multi cylinders are used. I see this is the AZ open rules. So it sounds like anyone running dual 2 strokes might fit AZ open rules but might not fit the UAS rules for day 2 and 3 as they are clearly different? Maybe someone could clarify please.
